Partner programs have to produce.
Grove finds where yours stalls, then builds the custom agents and systems that keep your partners engaged and grow the pipeline they bring you. For tech vendors that sell through agencies.
Every partner asks for leads. Few programs can deliver them.
Account mapping, portals and "we'll connect you with sales" haven't produced. When a program stops delivering mutual value, partners stop investing in you.
Diagnose the program. Build the agents. Keep them working.
Audit
Usual first stepFind out what's holding your program back.
For partner teams with a program in place that should be producing more. One written deliverable that says what to fix first.
See the AuditBuild
Custom agents, built for your partner team.
Agents that do the work your team and your partners don't have time for. They surface accounts worth a conversation, track what partners source and influence, and keep partner data clean. Each one is built around your product and your partners, inside the tools you already use.
Talk about a BuildRun
Keep the agents working.
Models change and so do partner programs. Grove keeps each agent accurate and tuned, and reports what partners source and influence so the program keeps proving itself.
Talk about RunBuilt around your product. Run inside your tools.
No portal to log into. Each agent is tailored to one vendor's product and partners, and delivered where the team already works, in CRM, Slack and email.
More pipeline through partners
Find the accounts where a partner can help you win, and bring them in early.
Credit that holds up
Track what partners source and influence across sales and renewals, without chasing forms.
Partner operations
Deal registration, partner data and follow-ups handled, so the partner team spends its time on partners.
Find out what's holding your program back.
Before you put more money into partners, find out what you have. The Audit maps your partners, shows where the revenue is, and names what to fix first, including where an agent would pay off.
What the written Audit covers
- Partner mapThe partners you work with, the ones already touching your deals, and the ones that fit your model.
- Partners by commitment and revenue potentialWho is building a real go-to-market motion with you, and what each could bring.
- Program experience reviewYour directory, partner matching, lead submission, triage, ownership and reporting, with fixes in priority order.
- Where agents fitThe partner-team work an agent should take over, ranked by what it would produce.
- Re-engagement planHow a stalled program wins back the partners worth keeping.
- The investment caseThe numbers your CRO and CFO need to judge the program, sourced and influenced.
Founded by someone who built one
Grove was founded by Mark Raymond, who built partner programs at Strapi and InTwo and managed partners at Kontent.ai and Kentico.
At Strapi, he grew the partner program into one of the company's fastest-growing divisions, more than doubling partner-sourced ARR two years running on a lean budget.
"Mark has a rare ability to zoom out and build a comprehensive short-to-long-term vision for a partner program, and more importantly, the discipline to actually deliver on it."
"What I really appreciate is that the program is clearly designed to create real, two-way value, not just benefits on one side."
"Proactive, transparent, and easy to work with, Mark brings a partner-first mindset that makes collaboration both efficient and impactful."
Before you reach out
Who is Grove for?
Partner teams at tech vendors that sell through agencies, with a program in place that should be producing more. If you're earlier than that, start a conversation anyway. The Audit is often the first step.
How does pricing work?
Every engagement is scoped before it's priced. The first call is about your program and what it needs. If there's a fit, you get a written proposal with a fixed scope and fee. The Audit and each Build have a fixed fee. Run is billed monthly.
How long does it take?
The Audit takes 3 to 4 weeks. A Build is scoped per agent. Run is ongoing.
Do the agents need access to our systems?
They run inside the tools you already use, and your team keeps control of the data. What each agent reads and writes is agreed in the scope before anything is built.
What happens after the Audit?
The written findings are yours to act on. If the Audit names work an agent should be doing, the next step is a Build. Once it's live, Run keeps it working.
Which time zones do you cover?
US and European business hours, with late-day calls for teams in APAC.
